ENHANCEMENTS - INCREASED APPETITE
Concorde has expanded maximum home value eligibility for the Just the Basis Dwelling (DP1) product with Great Lakes Insurance SE. Owner-occupied, seasonal, rental and vacant homes with the following limits can now be quoted:
Coverage A Limits - $30,000 - $750,000
Total Insured Value (TIV) - up to $800,000
This is an increase from the previous maximums of $500,000 Cov A / $600,000 TIV.
