With FireZone ALL Wildfire Scores are Eligible

Wildfire scoring has changed the landscape of personal insurance in many states, and homeowners can find themselves with no coverage option available. We heard the need and designed the FireZone Dwelling & Homeowners products with a Wildfire Sublimit specifically to help clients protect properties that are not eligible for standard markets due to their wildfire score and/or location.

The FireZone Homeowners Product

FireZone Homeowners offers Special Perils coverage with Replacement Cost. Because this product's coverage for the peril of Wildfire is unique, it's important that agents and insureds understand the limitations and requirements prior to binding coverage. Every policy includes:

  • A Product-specific Wildfire Definition - See Product Guide
  • A Mandatory $5,000 Wildfire SublimitOptions to increase the Wildfire Sublimit may be available depending on Wildfire Score and Total Insured Value
  • A $25,000 Wildfire Deductible

New Technology Featured

Concorde has employed multiple new pieces of technology to bring this streamlined product to market. It is built on a new platform that allows agents to Quote, Make Payments & Bind online. Policies are available immediately upon purchase. Additionally, you'll want to be aware of the following features:

  • Dynamic Capacity Zones - To manage concentration and carrier capacity, we look at the total wildfire sublimit written where each property is located. We have set maximum exposures we will not exceed for various radiuses from the quoted risk location, as well as for each state as a whole. Available capacity is determined in REAL TIME when quoting, but is NOT SECURED until a risk is bound. Capacity available changes with each new account written. If capacity is exhausted prior to binding coverage, new policies can not be written.
  • Electronic Signatures - All signature agent and insured signatures for applications and other policy documents will be collected electronically during the online quoting process.
  • Mueller@Home Virtual Inspections - All HO3 policies will include a policyholder self-inspection of the property, which must be completed within 30 days. The policyholder will be contacted by Mueller Reporting and will receive a link to submit photos of the home and answer a brief questionairre using any mobile device.
