Where I’m From:
Born in Minnesota and raised in North Dakota, I’ve carried with me the values of resilience, service, and community throughout my career and life.
My Experience:
I proudly served more than 20 years in the U.S. military, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and problem-solving. In July 2016, I joined Concorde General Agency as IT Manager and today serve as Director of Operations & IT, as well as a member of the Leadership Team. In this role, I bridge operations and technology to drive efficiency, innovation, and trusted partnerships across the organization.
My Personal Interests and Passions:
I love fishing and traveling, and I’m energized by exploring new places and ideas. I also enjoy process improvement and automation, always looking for ways to make systems and workflows more effective. Over the years, I’ve discovered a deep passion for effective communication and the art of listening, which has shaped not only how I lead teams, but also how I connect with people in meaningful ways. Most importantly, I’m committed to growing my faith, which grounds me and continues to shape the way I lead, serve, and live each day.
