Contracting with Concorde
If you’d like to put Concorde’s niche insurance programs to work for your agency and build your book of business, we invite you to apply to Contract with us. Because we are dedicated to ensuring our team can effectively serve our agent base, we carefully review each application to determine whether Concorde is a good fit to partner with your agency. By providing an application completed in full and submitting all requested supporting documentation, it will enable us to respond to your request in the quickest possible timeframe. All information provided is kept strictly confidential. *Concorde is currently limiting new Farm and Ranch and Commercial Excess and Surplus Lines contracts.
New Agency Application for Contract
For consideration for a new appointment, please submit the following:

Updating an Existing Contract

New Producer/Employee Access
To add or update producers within an agency that is currently contracted with Concorde, please submit the following:
Remove Producer/Employee Access
To remove a producer from your agency, please send this request to email@example.com.
Agency Ownership Changes
If your agency is currently contracted with Concorde, and has had a merger, sale or acquisition, please submit the following:
