Agents/Employees - New Access Requests, User Updates & Terminations
To add producers or employees within an agency that is currently contracted with Concorde, update any user's information or request an employee's access be terminated, please click the link below to utilize our online request form.
Agency Sale, Merger or Acquisition - To notify us of a change in agency ownership, please send a copy of the Bill of Sale, Purchase Agreement or other pertinent sale documentation to Melanie Elsner at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Other Agency Changes - Please email any other change to existing agency information to email@example.com.

If you’d like to put Concorde’s specialty insurance programs to work for your agency and build your book of business, we invite you to apply to Contract with us. Because we are dedicated to ensuring our team can effectively serve our agent base, we carefully review each application to determine whether Concorde is a good fit to partner with your agency. *Concorde is currently limiting new Farm and Ranch and Commercial Excess and Surplus Lines contracts.
