American Modern is simplifying the quoting process for newer manufactured homes. For a home that is new, or no more than five yearsold, they will accept a value within $1,000 of the purchase price of the home (less any land cost) as the replacement cost valuation. This eliminates the need to run the MSB valuation tool for these newer homes.
For individuals who believe that the market has significantly changed since the home was purchased, you can follow the normal MSB valuation process.
